Working very closely with a property developer and their architects to add value to an existing plot of around 1/3 of an acre in New Milton by demolishing an existing property and replacing it with 2 new build houses.

The new houses were cleverly designed to maximise the usage of the plot and we were able to make recommendations such as adding a third storey to increase the available living space and optimise the return on investment for the developer.

We included lots of glass to take advantage of the south facing gardens and create an indoor / outdoor living space. The houses are ECO friendly and energy efficient with underfloor heating to all floors and an air source heat pump for renewable and sustainable energy.
